Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tribbu ("Tribbu", "we", "us"), operator of Content Workflow Builder (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.
3. The Service
Content Workflow Builder is a web tool that lets you design, organise and run content workflows. We may change, add or remove features over time. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, denial of service).
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Circumvent technical limits, paywalls or rate limits.
5. Intellectual property
Tribbu and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Payments, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to paid features for the lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify Tribbu against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tribbu is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
