We want you to be happy with Content Workflow Builder. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How refunds are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes refunds on our behalf in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. Or email us directly at theaabadiesharrison@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll forward the request.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to paid features unlocked by that purchase will be revoked. The refund will be returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
